Robyn Rihanna - also known as Rihanna - is an Barbadian pop singer, songwriter and musician. Her hits include including Pon de Replay, SOS umbrella, Take a Bow. As a young, accomplished singer and songwriter, she's already one of the most successful selling performers. Barbados born, she first listened to reggae as she got older and started singing herself when she was a teenager. Her discontent was caused by the chaos in her family, and by the frequent conflict with her father. So she began to become a music lover. When she was still in high school she was a part of a band group and was invited to perform to be a part of Evan Rodgers. The producer was very impressed with the talent of this teenager. The girl moved into New York to start a professional singing career full-time. Her debut album quickly became a hit and was described as an international sensation. Her peppy foot-tapping songs quickly became the top choice of the youngsters motivating her to get into film too. The young and gifted Rihanna has been viewed as a teenage idol as well as a fashion icon. Rihanna is a good steward of her popularity and is a supporter of many charities.
