Kay defeated Nikki Roxx at Shine 10's online pay-per-view in May 2013, in an event that earned her a spot for an appearance at the Shine Championship. Lexie Fyfe banned Kay and removed her from the tournament after she threw a wrench during Rain's main match in the main event against Angelina Love. Kay was back at Shine 13 when she was paired with Ivelisse to defeat Amazing Kong and Jessicka havok.
