Cindy Crawford

Cynthia Ann Crawford was born 20th February 1966. She is an American model, actress and a TV host. During the 1980s and 1990s she was among the most famous supermodels. She was also frequently appeared on runways and magazine covers along with fashion shows. The following years she began to expand her acting abilities and entered into business. She was approached in her sophomore year from a local clothes shop regarding modeling. It was viewed as a joke by two of her classmates. However, the following year, another retailer employed a group of high school students including Crawford as a model, to perform their duties (including a fashion shoot). Roger Legel, a local photographer approached Crawford to take her picture. He was the one responsible for photographing another college girl in DeKalb Nite Weekly. Crawford became the first cover. [9] Her positive feedback and the photo led her to begin modeling. She initially worked for an agency that was small, and was sold to Elite Model Management shortly after she signed. She entered Elite's Look of the Year contest in 1983 , aged 17 and reached the national finals.
